Admission Process

The Application Process

1

Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements based on the course they are applying for. This includes academic qualifications and, in some cases, entrance exams. For undergraduate programs, students must have completed their higher secondary education (12th grade) from a recognized board.

2

Application Form

Prospective students can fill out the online application form available on the college website. The application form must be completed with all required details and documents. Alternatively, physical forms may be available at the college office.

3

Document Submission

Required documents typically include: Copy of the mark sheet of the last qualifying exam. Birth certificate or proof of age. Passport-size photographs. Identity proof. Caste certificate (if applicable). Other course-specific documents.

4

Entrance Exam (If Applicable)

Some courses may require an entrance exam. The exam pattern and schedule will be provided on the college website and communicated to the applicants.

5

Merit List/Selection

Based on the application and exam results (if applicable), a merit list will be released. Candidates who meet the cut-off will be selected for further processing.

6

Counseling and Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a counseling session, where they can finalize their course selection. Original documents will be verified during this session.

7

Fee Payment

Once the candidate has been selected, they will be required to pay the tuition and other applicable fees within the stipulated time. Payment can be made through various methods (online transfer, demand drafts, etc.).

7

Admission Confirmation

After fee payment, the admission will be confirmed, and students will receive a confirmation letter along with the schedule for orientation and commencement of classes.

8

Start of Classes

The academic year will begin as per the schedule communicated to the students.
