TSPM is a registered Public Trust under Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act (Now Maharashtra Public Charitable Trust Act 2017) on 01-01-1955. The School was founded by Late. Shri V.L. Jape & other likeminded citizens of Dombivli.
TSPM is located in Central Dombivli which is heart of city, having entire campus of around 2400 sq. mtr. Including a playground. TSPM is also having another campus located in Dombivli MIDC area having 2100 sq mtr. Plot & 9100 sq mtr. Playground. TSPM actively works in educational & social since beginning along with various activities & project.

Tejas Puraskar – This award is given to intellectuals who have contributed and achieved milestones in different sectors like Science, Sports, Journalism, and Education etc. Some of the great people honored are Dr. Anil Kakodkar (Ex Chairman AEC, BABC) Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar (Both are Padmavibhushan) Artist Vasudev Kamath etc)
Swa. Savarkar Puraskar – Awarded since year 2000 to those people who have done great contribution to Nation building.
Personalities are Col. Shyam Chavan, Dr. Arvind Godbole, Mr. Sheshrao More, Mr. Ramesh Patange.
Dombiwali Seva Puraskar – Since 1996 this award is given to a person staying in Dombivli city who has dedicatedly worked for development of Dombivli city through various activities. Some of personalities are Journalist Mr. Sudheer Joglekar, Mr. Madhukarrao Chakradev, Artist M.N. Karandikar, Poet Madhukar Joshi etc.
The Institute importing Traing in German, French, Japanees & Spanish languages at the auspicious hands of Dr. Vinayji Sahastabuddhe - Chairman of ICIR and founder Rajyasabhu M.P., Receured Spontewoes response from students. Introduction of traing of these languages is under consideration for students of VIII to Xth standard under new educational policy.
Lokmanya Gurukul started in 2016. It is a project implemented in different manner than traditional education system. In this concept focus is kept on “Total Development” of student. In 12 hrs. duration of classes along with Education Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam, Sports (Basket Ball, Athletics etc) Arts, self-study, Guest lectures, interviews field visits etc. pattern is successfully implemented in this project.
